Our Founders

Greg Hignight and Del Martin launched International Pop Conspiracy which later became Tune in Tokyo in 2008. Their vision has seen three generations of DJs, Promoters, and Producers in the time since. We owe our current success to the risks they took and the time they spent fostering the technical skills and passion of our members, past and present. We honor the legacy they left by continuing to produce events that push the boundaries of popular music and developing a space for the community to explore new genres and deep cuts.
